Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Areas of Pakistan: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided shipping address. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within Pakistan. If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
